It includes:

1) Your free letter of attorney or authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. You authorize the other to act and are called the principal, grantor, or donor (of the power).

2) Date.

3) Your own Digital Signature (Electronic Signature).

4) You can add several files to the form such as Passport or ID-card pictures. These files are included in the final POA form.

5) You can choose two real person witnesses for the POA (extra cost).

6) Give an email address where the final POA form will be delivered.

7) And together with POA you can record and send your authenticated video!
